Hello! I’m Soham Chakrabarty, a passionate multi-domain professional originally from Tripura (Agartala), North-East India. My journey started in Construction Engineering from Bangalore, but life had bigger plans for me—taking me from technical fields to international communication, tech support, creative design, and finally into the ever-evolving world of global freelancing services.

My Journey – From Engineering to Entrepreneurship

After completing my 10th, I pursued Construction Engineering in Bangalore. During my academic and early career phase, I realized that most job roles in this sector were heavily field-based, which didn’t align with my aspirations at that time. I decided to pause the engineering path until a more impactful opportunity came my way.

In the meantime, I stepped into the world of international BPO—and it turned out to be a game changer.

International BPO & Telecom Expertise

  • Spent 4-5 years in a leading international voice process in Bangalore.
  • Specialized in Telecommunication Support, helping international clients operate GPS navigation devices like the Exact Location Tracker within 30 seconds or less.
  • Developed powerful skills in customer engagement, technical training, and real-time support.

Kolkata Chapter – Telecom Meets Tech Learning

Relocating to Kolkata, I explored new verticals:

  • Joined a UK-based Telecom Campaign guiding senior citizens through Emergency Medical Alert Services, aligned with NHS (UK National Health Services) recommendations.
  • Simultaneously, I upskilled in AutoCAD Civil Designing, building a strong base in technical drawing and infrastructure planning.

Lockdown Transformation – From Learner to Leader

While the world paused, I accelerated.

During the COVID-19 lockdown, I invested time to redefine my skills and build a service-centric vision. I completed:

  • AutoCAD Designing (Advanced Civil Engineering Projects)
